Complete the Registration and Documentation Process

1. Sign up via the Accompany platform

○ Complete the online registration form with your personal details.
○ Fill out necessary information regarding the activities that you want to participate in
○ Upload required documents, including:
■ A valid government-issued ID (for identity verification).
■ Any certifications or qualifications relevant to the activities you will be participating in (e.g., sports training, fitness coaching, etc.).

2. Background Check

○ All Buddies must undergo a criminal history background check to ensure the safety of our customers and to comply with local regulations.

3. Submit Payment Information

○ Provide your preferred payment method (bank account details or another approved form) to receive compensation for your services.

Training and Orientation

1. Virtual Training

○ You will be invited to an online training session that covers:
■ Accompany’s mission and values.
■ Customer service standards and expectations.
■ Legal and safety guidelines.
■ The Accompany platform’s features and tools.

2. Activity-specific Training (if applicable)

○ For Buddies offering specialized services (e.g., fitness coaching or sports instruction), additional training sessions may be required to ensure service quality.
○ Training may include basic first aid, handling emergency situations during physical activities, and communication skills tailored for different client personalities (introverted vs. extroverted).

3. Understanding Your Growth Benefits

○ Revenue share ratios increase as you advance through the ranks, and are accompanied by exclusive benefits such as insurance subsidies, transportation allowances, and even a company option plan.

Understand Your Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement

○ Be punctual and professional at all times. Arriving late to an appointment is unacceptable and will impact your rating.
○ Ensure the customer feels comfortable and safe during the session. Always listen to their preferences and tailor the experience to their needs.
○ Maintain a friendly yet professional demeanor, creating a welcoming environment for customers to enjoy the activity.

2. Safety First

○ Accompany Companion Safety Notice and Acknowledgment Form (link) Accompany cares deeply about the personal safety of each and every escort, please read Accompany's safety guidelines in detail to ensure that you are safe and protected at all times.
○ Always be mindful of the customer’s safety. If the activity involves physical exertion (e.g., hiking, running), ensure the customer is aware of the potential risks.
○ Never push customers beyond their comfort or fitness level. Respect their boundaries.
○ In case of an emergency, follow Accompany’s safety protocol (which will be covered in training), and always have a first aid kit available if necessary.

3. Respect for Privacy

○ As a Buddy, you will have access to personal details about the customer (e.g., activity preferences, personal interests). Keep all customer information confidential and comply with Accompany’s privacy policy.
○ Avoid discussing sensitive topics unless the customer initiates. Your role is to provide Buddieship and support without crossing personal boundaries.

4. Feedback and Reviews

○ Encourage customers to leave feedback after a session, as this will help you maintain a high rating and improve your future services.
○ Constructively accept any negative feedback and work towards improving your performance.

Using the Accompany Platform

1. Navigating the Platform

○ Be mindful of your schedule and ensure you are available for the times you commit to.
○ If you need to cancel a booking, notify the customer and Accompany support as soon as possible (last-minute cancellations will negatively impact your profile).
○ Always confirm bookings and send a reminder to the customer a day before the scheduled activity.

2. Managing Your Schedule

○ Familiarize yourself with the Accompany platform, where you will manage your bookings, communicate with clients, and track your earnings.
○ You will receive training on how to:
■ Accept and manage bookings.
■ Communicate with clients through the platform’s messaging system.
■ Set your availability and update it regularly.

Key Considerations and Guidelines

1. Professionalism

○ Always maintain a high level of professionalism. This includes appropriate attire for the activity, good grooming, and respectful communication.
○ Refrain from using inappropriate language, engaging in personal discussions that make the customer uncomfortable, or overstepping personal boundaries.

2. Handling Difficult Situations

○ If a customer is dissatisfied with your service or makes unreasonable demands, remain calm and professional. Politely explain what you can do to improve the situation within reasonable limits.
○ If a customer becomes aggressive or inappropriate, follow Accompany’s guidelines for disengagement and contact customer support immediately.

3. Health and Fitness

○ Stay in good physical condition, especially if your role involves physically demanding activities like sports or fitness coaching.
○ If you feel unwell or unable to perform a session due to health reasons, notify Accompany and reschedule or cancel the session well in advance.

4. Confidentiality and Ethics

○ Uphold the confidentiality of your clients. Do not share any customer-related information outside of the Accompany platform.
○ Always act in accordance with Accompany’s code of conduct, ensuring an ethical and responsible approach to all your sessions.

5. Legal and Compliance Requirements

○ Stay informed about local legal requirements related to your activities, especially if they involve physical exercise or fitness instruction. Ensure you are compliant with any regulations that apply to your role.

1. Customer Support

○ If you encounter any technical issues with the platform or have questions about your role, contact Accompany’s support team for assistance.
○ Accompany offers 24/7 support for Buddies to help resolve any urgent matters or inquiries.

2. Ongoing Training and Development

○ You will have access to ongoing training resources to continuously improve your skills and services.
○ Regular performance reviews and feedback from customers will help guide your professional growth at Accompany.
