Simply click on the “Sign Up” button on the homepage. You’ll need to provide basic information and create a profile that showcases your interests and skills.

Please use the web app to get in contact with support. In case of emergency, a customer can stop the session, a refund can be issued pending further investigation. We encourage customers to leave feedback and reviews to ensure that our buddies will provide services that can grow in retention

Depending on the nature of the technical issue, a user has different way of dealing with the problem. If it’s an error in the webpage, then please contact support to manually move along with the order. In the case of site maintenance, please wait until the site is done upgrading.

Accompany has policies, procedures and processes in place to ensure the safety of its customers, as follows:
- Accompany conducts criminal background check for all of its buddies
- All interactions between the customer and buddies should take place in public spaces
- Once the customer and buddy meet at the venue, they should log into the web app and check in
- The panic button in the web app is available if anyone feels like they are in danger, supports will be notified and contact relevant parties to absolve any potential conflict
